Cutter

One2Feed cutters are equipped with two 5,5 kW-controlled motors. The two gearmoters are powered by frequency converters to control the speed of the augers. The augers in the cutter measure 550 mm in diameter and are mounted with 168 reversible sharp knives for a great cut. The frequency converters also make sure that the augers are getting a softstart. The augers are automaticly switching to reverse when needed. When the augers get stuck the software makes sure the augers reverse for a few seconds and then start cutting again.
One2Feed cutters are available with a feeding table of 3.5 to 12 metres. The feeding table uses the “Moving Floor” principle. This ensures that no old feed is left in the feeding table and that it is completely emptied. Cutter, feeding table and conveyor are built to last and proven to be corrosion resistant. The floor profiles in the feeding table are made from fibreglass - no corrosion. The conveyor is driven by a 2.2 kW gearmotor and two traction rubber belts.
