Processing of personal data
We collect ordinary personal data, including information about names, titles, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and other identifiable information about customers, suppliers, third parties, their owners and contacts.
We process your personal data in order to provide the best service and ensure the quality of our contact with you. As part of our ordinary management of co-operative relations, the necessary information is processed in order to fulfil agreements - including delivering and receiving services, invoicing, handling refund claims and other inquiries, etc., as well as developing and improving our business.
In addition, the necessary personal data is processed in order to comply with applicable laws, including accounting legislation, etc.
The legal basis for our processing procedure follows from our contractual relationship, cf. the General Data Protection Regulation, Art.6, 1 (b) and our legitimate interests, including the establishment, management and maintenance of co-operative relations, cf. Art. 6, 1 (f). In addition, our legal basis follows the legal obligations that we are subject to, including the accounting legislation in force at the time of question, etc., cf. Art. 6, 1 (c).
You may notice that sometimes after visiting a site you see an increased number of adverts from the site you visited. This is because of the possibility to pay for these adverts, including One2Feed. The technology to do this is made possible by cookies and as such we may place a so called “remarketing cookie” during your visit. We use these adverts to offer special content etc. to encourage you to come back to our site. But we are unable to proactively reach out to you as the whole process is entirely anonymized. You can opt-out of these advertising cookies at any time as explained below.
Deadlines for storage and erasure
At this time, we cannot say how long we will store your personal data. However, we can inform you that we will place great emphasis on the obligations that we are subject to in accordance with applicable laws, including the Financial Statements Act, and all our requirements in order to fulfil an agreement with our partners, as well as the requirements in order to document, fulfil and provide the best service in connection with refund claims, as well as other cases and services, when we determine how long your information will be stored with us.
Disclosure of information
We will disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling an agreement with customers, suppliers, etc., as well as to comply with legislation and regulatory requirements. We also entrust personal information to e.g. service providers who assist with IT solutions as well as consultancy providers. We sign data processing agreements with our data processors.
In addition, we do not disclose your personal data to partners or other parties without your consent.
As a registered person at One2Feed A/S, you have the following rights
The right to be informed that your personal data is being collected and processed
The right to gain insight into how your information is processed on a continuing basis
The right to have incorrect data corrected and processing limited
The right to have data erased
The right to object against the processing and disclosure of your data
The right to have your data provided
The right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
These rights are handled manually on application to our data control manager.

As a customer, you can always ask for clarification about the information that we have stored about you. You can, of course, be erased if the business relationship ends.
